The CAAR Foundation is pleased to invite you to learn more about a local affordable housing opportunity that we've brokered in conjunction with Piedmont Community Land Trust, Greenwood Homes and other partners.  

On Tuesday, July 29, from 9-10am, we'll be hosting a "Breakfast & Learn" session at the new Victorian Heights neighborhood in Albemarle County, where REALTORS® can get a better understanding of how the Community Land Trust model works.  

If you would like to attend this hour-long session, please e-mail dave@caarfoundation.org.  Participation is limited to the first 15 respondents.  Refreshments will be provided courtesy of Guild Mortgage, our sponsor for the day's activities.

This session will be recorded for those who cannot attend, and the recording will be posted to our "Charlottesville Housing Solutions" Blog after the fact. 

From 10am-noon on that same day,  2263 Woodburn Rd. in Victorian Heights will be available for a REALTOR® Open House.  Come by and see one of the Community Land Trust units that will be listed for sale soon, and ask any questions you may have.
