Please join us on Tuesday, February 10 for our first Lunch & Learn of the year, as local land use attorney (and new CAAR Foundation Board Member!) Nicole Scro joins with former Charlottesville Planning Commissioner Rory Stolzenberg for a timely update on the City's new Zoning Code and its implications for affordable housing development. They will also discuss basic property due diligence and strategies for finding primary sources of land use information (GIS, City/County websites, land records, etc.).
