The CAAR Foundation’s committees play a vital role in advancing our mission to strengthen communities through affordable housing. Committee members help guide our work, support programs and events, and bring diverse perspectives to the table. Most committees meet monthly, and you do not need to be a REALTOR® to participate. Volunteers are welcome to serve on one or multiple committees, depending on their interests and availability. If you’re passionate about affordable housing, community impact, and making a difference locally, we’d love to have you involved.

    Assist in planning educational programs that empower REALTORS® and inform the community about housing-related issues

    Coordinate outreach, branding, and content creation to promote the Foundation among the REALTOR® community, the broader public, and potential donors

    Ensure the Foundation's resources are managed effectively to support affordable housing initiatives

    Contribute to planning impactful events and campaigns to fund our initiatives and broaden our reach
